What are your operating hours?

The boutique operating hours are from 09h00 – 17h00 (Monday to Friday) and the spa working hours are from 09h00 – 18h00 (7 days a week)

Is there a refund policy?

Simies boutique’s products are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason a potential error occurs, Simies boutique will be more than happy to rectify the problem after a proper investigation to the cause of the problem. Unfortunately no refunds can be given if the products are not in their original state or have been tampered with.

Where does my order get couriered to?

When you check out, you will be offered the choice to have your order delivered to your preferred address.

How do I make a payment?

You have the option to pay with your credit card or via an EFT. Select your preferred method of payment and proceed to the next window.

Habits accepts VISA, MasterCard, Diners and AMEX cards issued by a recognized South African Banking Institution, when it comes to paying with credit card. Your card information is safe and secure, and is encoded in our system by using 128-bit SSL technology. Therefore, rest assured that your card details will by no means be available or accessible to third parties. When you return a purchase, the specified amount will be credited back to your bank account.

When choosing to pay with credit card, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway to enter your credit card details.

If you select EFT, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway and asked to select your bank. The details for the EFT payment will then be displayed, along with instructions regarding references etc.

All bank deposit EFT’s require proof of payment to be sent to before your order will be processed. If payment does not reflect for an EFT transaction we may request proof of payment to be sent before your order is processed.
